Account Deletion via the application

You can permanently delete your app account & data directly via the app feature “Account Deletion”. 

Please note that when you delete your account, you will permanently lose the following data and will not be able to recover it again:

• Profile

• Donations History

• Points & Badges

• Anything associated with your account

To delete your account permanently, follow these steps:

• Go to My Account > Delete Account.

• After typing the deletion request reason, submit it.

• You will receive a code by SMS, enter it to confirm deletion.

• Your request has been submitted for the app administrators to review and confirm your account deletion.
